Here's how it works:

ORDER online at elliottshardware.com.

WAIT for a confirmation email or phone call letting you know your order's ready for pickup.

Show your ID and the credit/debit card you used for purchase to an associate at the Online Order Pickup Desk at the front of the store to pick up your order.

Here’s How It Works:

  • Call Elliott’s & tell us what you’d like to order.
  • When you arrive, park in a nearby parking spot & call us.
  • We’ll bring your order out & load it for you.

Calling In An Order

  • Call Elliott’s & tell us what you’d like to order.
  • Orders must be $200 or less & can’t include power tools, outdoor power equipment, YETI products or live plants.
  • Within 45 minutes, an Elliott’s sales associate will call you back to verify your order, including item availability & order total.
  • If your order is correct, we’ll process your credit card & prep your order.

    Picking Up An Order

    • When you arrive, park in a Curbside Pickup spot & call us.
    • Be ready to show your valid picture ID and credit card used, for verification.
    • We’ll tape the receipt to your order, bring it to your car & load it into your trunk.

    Can I buy online pick up in store at my local Elliott's Hardware?

    Yes! Every Elliott's Hardware now features the Buy Online Pick Up In Store program.

    How does it work?

    Magic! And emails. After completing your order online, you will receive a series of email messages.

    First, you'll get an Order Confirmation acknowledging the completion of your order.

    Then, you'll receive a Pick Up In Store Notification when your order is ready for pick up at your chosen Elliott's Hardware.

    If we are unable to fill your order, you’ll receive an Order Cancellation email.

    When will my online order be ready and how will I know?

    Our stores will make every effort to have your online order ready for pick up within two hours.
    Watch your email inbox for the Pick Up In Store Notification, which we’ll send when your order’s ready.

    How long do I have to pick up my order?

    We will hold your order for seven days. After seven days, we’ll refund the order cost and return items into our inventory. If you have a unique circumstance that requires order pick up beyond a week, please include this in your Special Instructions or contact your local retail location.

    Where do I pick up my order?

    Pick up your order at the Elliott's Hardware location you chose online (the pick-up location can also be found on your Pick Up In Store Notification email). Then go to that store’s Online Order Pickup Desk, where an Elliott's Hardware team member will gather your information and retrieve your order.

    Why do you need my phone number for an online order?

    Because we might need to call you. In the event we need to discuss your order—product questions, fulfillment issues, etc.—we’ll call you using the phone number you provide. Your phone number won’t be used for any other purpose.

    What do I need to bring when I pick up my order?

    The important bits. Bring your valid driver’s license or government-issued photo ID, a copy of your order, and the credit card used for the purchase.

    I can't pick up my order. Who can pick up my order for me?

    A pre-authorized person. You can pre-authorize someone to pick up your order during the online checkout process.
    After completing your payment information, use the Special Instructions section and include the name and email address of the pre-authorized person. For your safety and security, that person must provide a valid driver’s license or government ID and a copy of the order or order number at pick up.

    I need to cancel my order. How do I do that?

    To cancel your online order, please call your selected Elliott's Hardware pick-up location during business hours.

    Please have your original payment information and order number ready when you call.

    What if I need to return something purchased online?

    Come in. To return any item(s) from your order, bring in your item and a copy of your order receipt to any Elliott's Hardware.

    What is included in the 'Buy Online, Pick Up In Store' program?

    Thousands of items. From apple peelers and zucchini seeds to drill bits and plumb bobs, you likely can order it. Products that can’t be purchased online are plants and live goods, lumber, paint, outdoor power equipment and specialty items. Please visit us to make those purchases in person.
